IYNA Research Journal Club
The IYNA Research Journal Club is a club where members
critically evaluate and discuss scientific articles and
publications, with a focus on improving understanding of
neuroscience-related studies. We aim to keep members informed
about the latest research, encourage critical thinking, foster
collaboration, and enhance skills in reading and presenting
scientific literature. Our Research Journal Club will meet
once a month where we will be discussing a
Neuroscience-related topic within the scope of a Current
Researcher's field or research paper. By joining our research
club you will have the opportunity to present a research paper
and have a researcher answers questions with regards to their
research afterwards to a large audience. Our once-per-month
virtual meetings offer you an opportunity to read and discuss
scientific literature and newsworthy developments in the field
of neuroscience in a low-pressure environment, with expert
scientists from the field of Neuroscience. There are no
coursework prerequisites for participation, just a curiosity
for science and a desire to learn how to understand scientific
literature! After filling out this form, you will receive a
follow-up email, within a couple of weeks, with more detailed
information regarding the journal club and the specific dates
and times of our meetings.
